Adam was in direct competition with the big local players - but there was no trace of the "computer says no" mentality that they display.  Price was very good, he went the extra mile (and then some) to customise things to fit and meet our wants - and his attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding.  Very strongly recommended.  Very pleased indeed - and I'm very picky.....
