Attention to detailA fair priceExcellent customer serviceCustomer satisfaction
These are the key principles behind our company.
We believe in using quality materials and giving the kind of service we like to receive, exceptional!
We don’t have sales people! As a small business we think it is important to keep our costs low, so we have no sales people adding the cost of a commission to your purchase. We also know how frustrating we find pushy sales people and it doesn’t sit well with us or our business model.
We don’t need to employ the hard sell, or ridiculous price reductions, our prices are competitive and fair. We always endeavour to stay competitive with other retailers and will work with you to produce a plan that meets your needs and budget.
All the subcontractors we use for our kitchens, we use on our own home.
We are proud to be a family owned and run independent business
Adam left school and went to work with his uncle who was a tiler for a kitchen company. Here, he got taken under a kitchen fitters wing. He learnt the trade and stayed with them as a trusted fitter. In 2002 he decided it was time to go self-employed and established AN Installations. He picked up a contract fitting Alno kitchens for John Lewis across the country which was a great boost.
Having installed hundreds of kitchens for satisfied customers, we felt it was time to try something new. In 2012 one of the contractors Adam had been fitting for decided to sell their kitchen shop, we decided to take a gamble and buy it!
We put our care and love into everything we do which is why, we felt it appropriate to call our shop Love Kitchens. Because that’s what we do.
It was also important to us that we brought our love and attention to detail into our relationship with our customers.
When we opened the shop, it was very clear to us that this was to be a family business. We wanted to have complete control over every last detail of how we operate, as we have an eye for detail. Adam and Diana Nash are the owners and run the business, Adam is to be found either in the shop or out with customers.
When Adam is not available in the shop you can find Diana there on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The in-laws help out too. Greeting visitors, answering the phone and e-mails and covering the shop when extra cover is needed. Even the brother-in-law helps out with the website and other bits and pieces. Everyone involved in the shop has a truly vested interest in doing a great job for our customers and making the company a success, it also helps to keep our costs down and make us very competitively priced.
How we work
Free Quote and Design Service
We will make an appointment to come to your home to see the space, take accurate measurements and help with any suggestions around awkward features / oddly shaped areas. We have seen a lot of kitchens over the years and have some very innovative ideas to help you make the most out of the space you have available.
Once we have an understanding of your needs and what we like to call “wish list” for your new kitchen we will then create a 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) plan creating a realistic model of how your new kitchen will look.
We are happy to make changes and refine the plan until we reach perfection. Once we get there, we will then give you a price for the job.
Once you accept the quotation, we will take a non-refundable deposit to secure your fitting date. You then sit back and let us organise everything!
Payments are in three stages;
1. 20% on signing of Contract
2. 70% to be paid on delivery of the Goods; and
3. 10% to be paid on completion.
We run our company the way we like to be treated as customers. There’s no heavy sales pitch, just open and honest advice and guidance. We see a job through to the end and are always on hand to answer questions. Customer satisfaction is key to us.
